Today was great. After sleeping in till the early afternoon I woke up to the smell of bacon; both Canadian and American in fact. We had that along with Spanish Omelets and it was really good. Sadly I had my last taste of Hawaiian Kona coffee for a while. After breakfast we went to the Denver Art Museum (http://www.denverartmuseum.org/home) There was a plethora of interesting exibits ranging from South American to Egyptian and Japanese. There were actual works by Picasso, Dali, and Warhol. Even the building itself is quite the work of art; right angles don’t exist. For supper we went to a Sushi bar. We had salmon, tuna, scallops, shrimp, crab , and eel just to name a few. All were served with rice and eaten with chopsticks. I’d just like to once again thank my Cultural Geo Prof Nick N. for the excellent tutorial in chopstick use. Its come in handy on a number of occasions already so far. I also tried wasabi sauce on everything. I ate some just by itself and I was fine for a little while but I eventually got an upset stomach from it. For dessert I had green tea ice cream; it kind of reminded me of really stale halloween candy. The rest of the evening has been spent doing laundry and packing for the trip tomorrow to Farmington, New Mexico where I’ll be residing for the next week. I know its going to be fun. I don’t think I can thank Michelle and Kevin enough for being the best host family ever; they really made the stay here in Denver a really fun and enjoyable experience every single day. Thanks Guys :) Its All Good™

Hi Brennan from West Kings High School in snowed in Nova Scotia. We hope you have a good start to your traveling 'Around the World'.
Many of us are interested in the kinds of ice cream,(tea flavoured), but the others of us are more interested in the music down there.
We can't wait to hear about Nashville!
Talk to you later, from West Kings.
